This assignment has students create a 30-second or longer video of a genre of music of their choice. Students love this assignment, and it has them practice basic editing skills for video editing. In my class, we use Adobe Premiere to complete this project, but this project can work with any other software like iMovie, Splice (app), Movie Maker, etc. These activities are infused with technology and real-world application and are designed to be engaging and rigorous.
